Currently BOMAR, offers more than 50 types of band saws, ranging from small mobile manual saws to fully hydraulic, CNC-controlled automatics for both-sided angular cuts, capable of cutting steel materials of nearly any dimensions. Plate Rolls
The HACO 3 & 4 roll double pinch plate bending rolls use planetary guides to keep a bigger surface of the plate under pressure during rolling. By doing this, we are able to roll tighter diameters than our competitors. This technology makes the HACO 3 roll and 4 roll double pinch plate bending roll one of the best rolls on the market today. The rolls are made of high quality forged steel, induction tempered and hardened and we polish the rolls after hardening. We also supply special rolls for certain jobs upon request.
Section Rolls Or Angle Rolls
The HACO HPR series are profile rolls also called angle rolls. We used the same technology as our 3 and 4 roll plate bending rolls which results in a stronger and higher quality machine than most other manufacturers but still at a very competitive price.
The HPR series rolls can bend almost every profile and section in steel, stainless and aluminium and are virtually maintenance-free.
High Speed Presses
Mubea have developed a new range of eccentric presses. Unlike the conventional press they are hydraulically driven and not mechanically. Kingsland Tube Punching
Using over 40 years of experience in designing and manufacturing of several ranges of steelworkers and punching machines, Kingsland is proud to introduce the new Kingsland TUBEMASTER, a machine for customers who want fast, accurate, punching of any shape hole (square, rectangular..etc, which can’t be drilled) in square or rectangular tube
The unit will punch tube from 25 mm to a maximum 150 mm outside dimension on one side, and up to length of machine purchased. Tubes up to a maximum of 80 mm outside dimension can be punched right through (top and bottom) in 1 hit.
