Rota Flex

The MUBEA ROTA-FLEX is a 3-axis high speed machining centre equipped with a high speed spindle motor, which can mill, drill and tap tubes, profiles and extrusions in aluminium, wood, vinyl and composites.

Working on five planes (sides) is achieved by CNC rotation of the part (±95° A-axis); the 2 “side” planes can be worked with an angular tool.

The component is clamped on the machine with pneumatic clamps and remains stationary whilst the spindle motor machines the component

The RF welded construction has a C-Frame design to offer precision, accuracy and very high performances for fast manufacturing of parts

The 3–axis fan cooled 5 kW (24 000 rpm) ISO30 spindle motor is up to all heavy duty tasks

Our 3D software offers a user friendly design and manufacturing environment, with 3D movie representation of the part being made for collision, time and optimization control.
